The Side Eye
A cocktail created by author Lorenzo Petruzziello for his first novel THE LOVE FOOL.
Ingredients
- 1½ - 2 oz. gin
- ½ oz. Cynar
- ¾ oz. lemon juice
- ¾ oz. simple syrup
- 1 egg white
- 1 Luxardo cherry
- finely ground black pepper
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to an empty cocktail shaker and dry shake (without ice) vigorously for about 30 seconds.
- Add ice to shaker and shake for about 15-20 seconds, or until outside of tin frosts.
Notes
Warning: Consuming raw or undercooked egg may increase your risk of foodborne illness.
