Pour honey and Jägermeister into shaker without ice. Stir to mix well.
Add ice and bourbon. Close shaker, and shake it up for 15 seconds.
Sift into a coupe glass.
Add a splash of club soda.(If you want to make a longer drink, pour into a highball and top with club soda.)
Garnish with two Luxardo cherries on a toothpick.

The Berlino with Soda: To stretch out the drink for a long and less punchy sipper, mix the cocktail into a highball glass with ice, and top it off with club soda.
