Ginger Negroni Spritz
A holiday cocktail by author Lorenzo Petruzziello.
- 1½ oz. gin
- 1 oz Domaine de Canton ginger liqueur
- 1 oz Campari
- club soda
- cinnamon stick
- orange rind or wheel
In a mixing glass, add a small amount of ice.
Pour in gin, ginger liqueur, and Campari.
Stir gently with spoon.
Using a sifter, pour into rocks glass with a large ice cube.
Top with club soda.
Garnish with cinnamon stick and orange.
