Ginger Negroni Spritz

Ingredients Method

Ingredients
  

  • 1½ oz. gin
  • 1 oz Domaine de Canton ginger liqueur
  • 1 oz Campari
  • club soda
  • cinnamon stick
  • orange rind or wheel

Method
 

  1. In a mixing glass, add a small amount of ice.
  2. Pour in gin, ginger liqueur, and Campari.
  3. Stir gently with spoon.
  4. Using a sifter, pour into rocks glass with a large ice cube.
  5. Top with club soda.
  6. Garnish with cinnamon stick and orange.
