Ingredients
  

  • ½ oz mezcal
  • 1 oz Allspice Dram
  • oz guava juice
  • ½ oz sweet vermouth
  • 3 drops orange blossom
  • 1-2 wheels orange
  • 1 hibiscus flower in syrup
  • 1-2 wheels orange
  • 1 stick cinnamon
  • 1 bunch edible flowers
  • 1 bunch mint

Method
 

  1. Pour mezcal, allspice dram, vermouth, and guava juice into a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Shake vigorously.
  3. Sift into chalice (or goblet) filled with crushed ice.
  4. Add 1 or 2 orange wheels into drink.
  5. Drop 2-3 drops of orange blossom onto drink.
  6. With a cocktail pick, poke a hibiscus flower and an orange wedge, then lay it across the top of the cup.
  7. Stick a cinnamon stick and bunches of mint into the drink and serve with a straw.
