Ingredients Method

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ oz. whiskey
  • 1 oz. Fernet Branca
  • ½ tsp. sage-infused honey*
  • club soda
  • orange wheel (for garnish)
  • sage leaves (for garnish)

Method
 

  1. Pour Fernet Branca, and sage honey into a mixing glass, and stir until emulsified.
  2. Pour into highball glass.
  3. Add whiskey.
  4. Add ice half way, and top with club soda, then give it a gentle stir.
  5. Garnish with orange wheel and a bunch of sage leaves.
