Sage-Infused Honey

I use this to flavor cocktails. It adds a warm and herbal taste to a drink.

Ingredients
  

  • dried sage
  • local honey (soft)

Method
 

  1. Place dried sage into a small jar, pour honey (about half way) and stir well.
  2. Top with rest of honey and close lid tightly.
  3. Let sit for 5 days to allow the sage flavor to infuse into the honey.
