The Sage Monkey

Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz. Monkey 47 botanical gin
  • ½ oz. lime juice
  • 2-3 fresh sage leaves (& more for garnish)
  • seltzer

Method
 

  1. Mull the Sage leaves with lime juice.
  2. Fill a highball glass with ice.
  3. Pour mulled sage lime juice over ice. (If you choose, you can use a sieve to filter out the leaves.)
  4. Pour in the Monkey 47 gin.
  5. Top with seltzer.Garnish with lime wheel (dried or fresh) and sage leaves.
