Continuing with updates on the project known as my manuscript The Love Fool, I have now taken another step closer to a polished work. I’ve recently hired a book editor to take my work and help beat it to a smooth flowing literary masterpiece. OK, not a masterpiece, but better than the clunky state that it is now.
It may be that many writers don’t need to take this step as I have. But we must keep in mind, I am a non-writer writing – and you probably can tell that by reading my blog posts. I am confident that what will come back to me will be a manuscript that is ironed out and in a much better state than it is going into the editing machine.
With all that said – I have put the agent correspondences on hold until then.
